American Magic, the New York Yacht Club’s 2021 AC36 America’s Cup Challenger is winding up their training in Pensacola Florida on “Defiant” the team’s AC75 #1.

The team will wrap up training, probably March 5, and head for the first America’s Cup World Series event in Sardinia.

This video is five clips from sailing on Monday, 3 Mar. The wind on the water was about 6kts or less when they were flying the code zero and maybe 12kts when they has the jib up.

Wind is measured from about 1/2 mast height for the racing in Sardinia – 6kts minimum and 21kts maximum.
