Katana and Windquest battled it out for second and third, swapping places throughout the day. Windquest currently finds themselves in second, with Katana hot on their heels and only one point behind. Shifting breeze from race 1 to 3 made it a tough day for Strategists and Tacticians alike, forcing them to make quick decisions and frequently look outside the boat.
After a long day of racing, our owners and their guests got a chance to enjoy a relaxing cocktail cruise aboard a beautiful 55ft Palm Beach Motor Yacht that is a sponsor of this event. Great views and even better company is the perfect way to cap off the first day.
Conditions for Day 2 look like they will be remarkably similar to yesterday, so teams that can stay calm, avoid getting frustrated and stay on top of shifts are likely to find themselves on the top of the podium. Check out or socials for more updates!
