It was three years ago now that Multihulls World and Multicoques Mag launched the Multihull of the Year competition rewarding the best new models. Thanks to a dedicated website, you, the readers of our magazine, were among the thousands who voted in the first edition. And it’s going from strength to strength!
Following the success of our first two Multihull of the Year elections, the 2020 edition promises to be even more exciting:
The Multihulls World and Multicoques Mag juries as well as the organizers of the International Multihull Show met to select the 2020 nominees.
We have chosen four categories:
The announcement of the nominated multihulls took place live from the Annapolis Boat Show on October 10th. Many of the nominees exhibiting at the show were able to display their MOTY Nominee 2020 logo! It was of course the same at the Paris boat show and at boot Düsseldorf. And the nominated multihulls on display at the Miami Boat Show in February will also be instantly recognizable.
To find out more about each of the nominees, you should check out their presentation in the pages in our previous edition, MW169: all are branded with the “Multihull of the Year” logo. Also read our complete tests: in this issue, you will discover no less than four of the nominated multihulls!
Voting is easy: simply go to the website dedicated to this election, until April 14th 2020: www.MultihulloftheYear.com
The official results of the election will be announced on April 16th 2020 at the International Multihull Show at La Grande Motte.
So, get to your keyboards and vote for your favorite multihulls!
